Browse our current seasonal menu online, place your order, and we bake your cookies fresh after you order. You'll receive a confirmation email with your pickup date and time. We bake in small batches to ensure every cookie is perfect — no assembly lines, no shortcuts.

We recommend ordering at least 3-5 days ahead for standard orders. For holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter), we suggest 1-2 weeks advance notice. Custom orders for events need at least 2 weeks lead time.

We offer pickup in the Daytona Beach area, conveniently located near Margaritaville. Limited local delivery is available for orders over $40 within the Daytona Beach area. Delivery zones and availability are updated seasonally.

We're working on shipping options! Currently, we focus on local pickup and delivery to ensure every cookie arrives in perfect condition. Follow us on social media for shipping launch announcements.

Absolutely! We love making cookies for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, holidays, and any celebration. Fill out our custom order form with your event details — date, guest count, flavor preferences, and any design ideas — and we'll create something special for you.

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that uses wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Each product listing includes specific allergen information. We're happy to discuss individual ingredient questions. All cookies are made from scratch with real, recognizable ingredients — never artificial flavors or preservatives.

Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-5 days of pickup when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, they freeze beautifully for up to 3 months — just thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes before enjoying.

We announce new seasonal collections 2-3 weeks before each season on our Instagram (@ichipanddoughi) and Facebook page. Sign up for our newsletter to get early access to seasonal menus and holiday preorder windows before they fill up.

Pickup times are scheduled when you place your order and confirmed via email. We typically have pickup windows on Fridays and Saturdays. Holiday seasons may include additional pickup days — check our order form for current availability.

Every gift box comes in our signature kraft packaging with ribbon. For custom events, we can add personalized tags, custom ribbon colors, and branded labels. Let us know your vision when placing a custom order.

We understand plans change! Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date. After that, ingredients have already been purchased and baking has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need changes.
